The Team & Leadership Center presents its locations and specialized facilitation to organizations for customer service training, team building, leadership development, active brainstorming, and strategic planning. We offer a full line of pre-designed workshops focused on current issues facing organizations. These workshops are available in single or multiple day day formats, or in a combination of workshops. In response to an assessment of your organization's needs and goals, we will work with you to design a workshop of effective length and content. The Team & Leadership Center provides a full range of meal and lodging options. Our adventures are available to participants of all abilities.

Often integrated as part of a larger workshop, but equally effective as a stand alone, one-day adventure, this is the ultimate scavenger hunt. Large groups are compelled to create work teams, communication systems, and achievable goals as the scramble to gain their prize. Team Quest may include ropes courses, rock climbing, canoeing, bicycling, orienteering, and many other surprises. This workshop typically lasts three to eight hours.
