Mark Nissley has been an experiential facilitator since 1996. He
has integrated ropes course facilitation and management models into
his career as a project development consultant, providing leadership
coaching, brand identification, and business development services
to management teams in the hospitality, industrial, and health industries.
Mark currently serves as a strategic advisor with a number of local
and international organizations. Mark holds a degree in Management
and Organizational Development, a history in event management, and
workshop design and delivery. Recognized for his focus on process,
change management, communication systems, and group transparency,
Mark offers over 5000 hours of facilitation experience.

A
longtime partner of Adventures Unlimited, Brunie offers expert experience
in process-based growth and change. Brunie's strategic planning and
corporate vision work are based on his own successful implementation
of these practices.
The founder of The UniVision Group, Brunie has worked with a variety
of clients, focused on organizational therapy, conflict resolution,
strategic planning, and team development. His clients have included
Fortune 500 companies (such as engineering and hospitality corporations),
educational institutions (universities to elementary schools), non-profit
agencies, churches, leadership programs, police departments, and
public utilities, as well as foreign, federal, state, county, and
municipal government organizations. Brunie holds a Master’s
degree in Counseling and Human Development and has taught at the
graduate and undergraduate levels. Brunie was a therapist and clinical
director for many years in human services, including troubled youth,
and drug rehabilitation and training. He continues this work by
serving as Project Manager for the Coalition on Outcomes Based Benefits,
designing and implementing behavioral health systems for foreign
and domestic clients.

GE, Sony Pictures, Wal-Mart and numerous other large and small companies.
Dev has been a guest speaker and advisor to The American Advertising
Federation The International Association for Experiential Education,
The Center for Public Management at The University of Oklahoma,
Verizon Inc, and dozens of other audiences.
