Team Building Events

Most employees work in small, functional groups in the workplace. While each person may have had extensive training in his own area of expertise, these groups often need to pool the collective resources of individual members to complete their tasks and further the company's mission. Effective team work, however, may not develop naturally; team building events, whether run by the company or by a third party, are an effective way for employees to get to know each other and each others' work styles so that they can more efficiently work together.

Effective Team Building Events at the Team and Leadership Center
At the Team and Leadership Center at Adventures Unlimited, we understand the importance of having a cohesive team. In any of our team building events, our facilitators will work with your group to improve the morale of your team and its internal communications. After completing any of our workshops, your group will walk away with skills that will seamlessly find their way into the office.

One of our most comprehensive team building events is our Team Quest Scavenger Mission. Many companies integrate this into a larger workshop, but it is also effective as a single workshop if your group has a limited amount of time to spend with us. This scavenger hunt will require participants to allocate responsibilities and communicate with each other to achieve its goals.

If you have a specific idea for the team building events in which you would like your group to participate, we will tailor your exercises to best suit your group. We offer a series of formal workshops such as leadership training and crisis management that will engage your employees on multiple levels. We also offer workshops that are more recreational in nature, but also effectively impart skills that improve teamwork in dramatic ways.
