Workshops for Management Development from the Team and Leadership Center
We offer several workshops led by our facilitators that help participants tackle a variety of business problems. Our Strategic Initiative retreat can help employees lay out plans to set and achieve goals. The Core Team Capitalization workshop will not only build team unity, but also help individuals understand their particular strengths and role in a team so that managers and employees can more easily share a vision for division of labor and collaboration.

We also offer workshops aimed at specifically developing your managers. The Dynamic Leadership Development workshop will improve the leadership abilities of your executives, opening them up to new levels of motivation. Managers trying to develop their skills would also benefit from our Adventure in Communication workshop which can help improve information flow within the organization.

We take full advantage of our outdoor setting and our partnership with Adventures Unlimited for both our programs and recreational retreats. If this facility does not meet the needs of your management development program, we have a number of alliances with resort and conference centers. We can also bring our workshops directly to your offices if that is most convenient for your group.
