The Team and Leadership Center at Adventures Unlimited can help your employees realize their full potential by learning to communicate and work together more effectively. Working in conjunction with Adventures Unlimited, we make use of the outdoors in many of our sessions. Combining recreational activities with workshops, our programs give your future leaders the opportunity to shine and develop their skills in a setting less formal than the corporate boardroom.

Our team adventures provide an opportunity for your existing teams to bond further and build upon existing trust. Whether by participating in team sailing or a canoe excursion, group members will need to communicate effectively to work well together. These activities aid in the development of leadership skills, as natural leaders have the chance to emerge among team members.

At the Team and Leadership Center, we also offer more formal workshops that aid in leadership development. Our Dynamic Leadership Development course provides participants with an introduction to management theory.
