Located in Milton, Florida--only a short drive from the cities of Pensacola, Forth Walton Beach, Destin, and Mobile, Alabama, the Team & Leadership Center is an ideal spot for corporate retreats. We are located on 88 acres of beautiful wilderness forest lining Big Coldwater Creek, and are adjacent to Blackwater State Forest. Our location is serene and beautiful, but also nearby to world-class activities.

We can support your retreat's work-time activities with amenities that include three full-sized conference rooms, a 27-element outdoor ropes course, a 5,000 square foot indoor recreation center, large game fields, dining facilities, and a commercial kitchen. We can also provide lodging to fit all needs--from rustic group cabins to the antique-furnished individual rooms of our Schoolhouse Inn. We can also provide meal plans and catering as needed.

Best of all, we can provide you with a wealth of programs designed to increase management and employee satisfaction and productivity. The workshops and team adventures we offer are second to none. Each is sure to leave the people attending your retreat with a lot to think about and some truly great memories.
