Unlimited is located on 88 stunning acres of beautiful wilderness
lining the clear, cool water of the Big Coldwater Creek, adjacent
to the Blackwater State Forest. The Team and Leadership Center shares
the property with Adventures Unlimited Outdoor
Center. This partnership allows the Team and
Leadership Center a wealth of outdoor resources to incorporate into
its programs. The Center includes 3 conference
rooms, a 27 element Ropes Course, a 5000 square foot indoor recreation
center, large activity fields, dining facilities, and a commercial
kitchen. Lodging to fit all needs is available- from rustic group
cabins to the antique decor and individual rooms of the Schoolhouse
Inn. Available recreational activities include canoeing, kayaking,
hiking, biking, and nature trails, with world-class golf and magnificent
Gulf beaches just a short drive. We also offer spectacular accomodations
at our world class alliance properties.
The Team & Leadership Center at Adventures Unlimited works
with clients to create and implement leadership and team development
initiatives that utilize classroom learning integrated with real
time simulations, retreats, and high
impact experiences. The Center selects its team from a large
alliance of consultants, trainers, and action-learning specialists
to present client-specific, total-process solutions. Our approach
is utilized by many of the worlds top companies. The results achieved
through our programs and consulting services have resulted in a
98% return and referral rate from our clients.
