The Center is located on 88 stunning acres of beautiful wilderness forest lining the Big Coldwater Creek, adjacent to the Blackwater State Forest. The Center shares the property with Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center. This partnership allows the Team and Leadership Center a wealth of outdoor resources to incorporate into its programs, or merely offer as recreational relaxation. The Center includes 3 conference rooms, a 27-element outdoors Ropes Course, a 5000 square foot indoor recreation center, large game fields, dining facilities, and a commercial kitchen. Lodging to fit all needs is available- from rustic group cabins to the antique decor and individual rooms of the Schoolhouse Inn. Available recreational activities include canoeing, kayaking, hiking, orienteering, geoteaming, biking, and nature trails, with world-class golf and magnificent Gulf beaches just a short drive.

The Team and Leadership Center is proud of its ability to create innovative solutions that utilize all these natural resources in the creation of it programs. Many of our programs are based on the Ropes Course experience, however our Team Quest scavenger mission is a full day of intensive team activities that include the Ropes Course, orienteering, canoeing, hiking, and problem solving. A number of workshops include orienteering to structure the day. Most retreats include time on the river for reflection and team initiatives.
